Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever technically possible. To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified (KYC completed), your account must be in good standing, and any applicable wagering requirement on active bonuses must be met. Withdrawal request processing times are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad: typically processed within 1–4 hours on business days.
• Rocket and Upay: typically within 4–12 hours.
• Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, etc.): 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

9baji offers various welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Each bonus offer has a specific wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The rollover multiplier for each offer is displayed in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where the associated wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• 9baji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, particularly in cases of suspected abuse or technical error.

• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 9baji customer support agents or other players through any communication channel.

9baji retains sole discretion in determining what constitutes a violation of these conduct rules. All decisions made in this regard are final and binding.

Our maximum aggregate liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
